The hotel's rooms were tidy and clean, although a little dated and in need of maintenance. It provided a comfortable stay with 2 double beds. The service was fantastic, especially with attention to children, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. Despite being an older establishment, the location offered lovely surroundings for relaxation and excursions, albeit being a bit far from the airport. Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt like something in an old cheap motel but were perfectly adequate, and some had an ocean view. However, they were small. The service was unique in its friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond, but there were moments of disorganization that caused stress. The location was good for exploring the Coral Coast, with well-kept surroundings and a touch of Fijian hospitality. The dining, especially the breakfast, was amazing but a little bit expensive.
The hotel offers spacious and elegantly decorated rooms, with a fine king-size bed and pretty good view. The complimentary glass of bubbly or beer at 5 pm on the balcony was unexpected and appreciated. However, the rooms are becoming a bit shabby and worn, with dull curtains and nets that need washing or replacing.
The hotel urgently needs room renovations as the cleanliness was lacking, with dusty and grimy areas, and dated furniture. However, the beach-facing rooms offer a dreamy view to wake up to despite being in different buildings.
The hotel's rooms are overpriced and outdated compared to other resorts offering better amenities at a lower cost. The cancellation of a flight affected my stay negatively. The service was extremely unfair, but the location was beautiful with well-maintained surroundings. The dining experience was satisfactory with good food variety. However, the stay lacked some modern facilities for the prices charged.
The hotel offers a cozy and relaxing stay with complimentary afternoon drinks and canapes, although a cancellation fee was charged on a late cancellation. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, making it a great value for money choice.
